dc.description.abstract | Tranformational leadership is a predictor which has a very important role in
individual or organizational performance achievement in relation to enhance individual
employee performance. This leadership can compensate in transition era within a growing
organization. Tranformational leadership maximizes empowerment effort and motivate
employee to excel positevely.
This study was conducted to see the effect of transformational leadership toward
contexual performance through employee empowerment and achievement motivation in
Siloam Hospitals Surabaya. This research is a quantitative study by using questionnaires for
its four variables.The Four variables were analized using Structural Equation Modeling test (
SEM ) AMOS program version 20.0 . The results of this study revealed that there is a
positive relationship between transformational leadership with contextual performance , and
strengthened through employee empowerment and achievement motivation .
The implications of this study are discussed through the data pattern generated by
each
variable, which are transformational leadership , contextual performance , employee
empowerment and achievement motivation . | en_US |
