dc.description.abstractOne of the emerging problems faced by many companies is the difficulty to alter the employee mindset toward any strategic change that may occur. This study starts with diagnosing the organizational culture through an ethnographic study. In addition, several changes were initiated through action research to examine the collaboration behaviour, and with the purpose of developing innovative skills. The organization was classified as having High-level Leaders according to iQ Leaders Level. The attitude of resistance had also been investigated through the behaviour and properties of exemplary collaboration model in conjunction with the development of innovative skills.en_US
