ANALISIS PENILAIAN KINERJA SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT DI KOPERASI INTAKO TANGGULANGIN, SIDOARJO
Abstract
Competition in the industry becomes a major challenge for the company to run its production activities. Supply chain management is a systematic coordination of strategies across inside and outside the companies function in the supply chain with the goal to improve long-term performance. Implementation of supply chain management in the large firms is certainly different than in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). That's needed measurement of supply chain performance management to determine supply chain performance in INTAKO cooperative whose members are SMEs in Tanggulangin.
the assessment of supply chain performance was conducted by approach of Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). This study begins with the making a hierarchy based on the SCOR process, namely Plan, Source, Process, Delivery and Return with common dimensions are divided within each process that are Reliability, Responsiveness, Flexibility, Cost, and Asset. Identification of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) becomes benchmark in measuring performance while normalizing Snorm De Boer serves to equalize the value of KPI. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is to identify a number of KPIs that used in determining priority existing criteria.
SCM performance measurement in INTAKO cooperative generate 23 KPI and known the value of the highest performance is in the process of Delivery, while the lowest value is Return. The total value of performance cooperative is 83.17. This value indicates that the achievement of performance cooperative classified as the category of Good.
