PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM BAGI KONSUMEN DALAM TRANSAKSI E-COMMERCE MENURUT PERATURAN PERUNDANGAN-UNDANGAN DI INDONESIA

Abstract

Trading through internet is the way to increase investments in trading. Unfortunately in the grow of the investment, the cyber crimes also increase. Many people being the fraud’s victim and liying from internet. People can’t doing laws effort against the crime and protect themselves. People hates all kind of crimes, every crimes is against the law and against social right, economic rights , and culture which used in common people. The main purpose of people are having a good life, with the increasing of economy in peace, enjoy, orderly, and prosperous without cyber crimes especially in E-Commerce. The government has a role in a good statehood execution. In order to anticipate and answer all the problems in global era, exspecially in cyber crime, so the existiing law has to be the priority for anticipation.
