Abstract
The important role information technology can be seen from the benefits provided by information technology products. Technology products help people in their daily activities due to information technology products offering convenience, practicality and speed in doing activities. Not surprisingly, over the years users of information technology continues to increase due to the attachment of public interest in information technology. The use of information technology is increasing and development of information technology is growing rapidly provide opportunities for companies to develop and launch products of new information technology in accordance with the needs of consumers. Therefore, to increase the real usage, consumer needs to pay attention to the ease and usability of information technology. In this case, First Media, which is one information technology company in Indonesia also needs to pay attention to this even though it has a lot of people using it. The purpose of this study was to evaluate and analyze the influence of actual usage through behavioural intention variables and Attitude Toward Using customer First Media in Surabaya. Based on the purpose of the research, the expected benefits of the research is to increase knowledge in the field of management, in this case relating to the variable design portal, e-resources organizational, user abilities and skills, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, behavioural intention and actual usage, which will shape the success of the company in the long term. This research is causal. The method used is quantitative method with data processing using SPSS version 22.0. Collecting data in this study conducted by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in accordance with the characteristics of the samples that have been described. Questionnaires will be distributed as many as 200 respondents with a characteristic which is a customer of First Media aged 18-60 years and using First Media for three consecutive months in the past year and is domiciled in Surabaya. The results showed that the design portal with a regression coefficient of 0.284, e-organizational resources with a regression coefficient of 0.128, and the perceived ease of use with a regression coefficient of 0.384 positively and significantly affect the perceived usefulness. While the user variable abilities and skills with a regression coefficient of 0.046 in a positive and not significantly affect the perceived usefulness. Portal design variables with a regression coefficient of 0.358, e-organizational resources with a regression coefficient of 0.186, and user abilities and skills with a regression coefficient of 0.367 positively and significantly affect the perceived ease of use. Variable perceived usefulness with a regression coefficient of 0.424 and perceived ease of use with a regression coefficient of 0.451 positively and significantly affect the attitude toward using. Variable perceived usefulness with a regression coefficient of 0.155 and attitude toward using the regression coefficient of 0.614 positively and significantly affects the behavioural intention. As well as behavioural intention variables with a regression coefficient of 0.623 positively and significantly affect actual usage. These findings indicate that the behavioural intention variables affect actual usage. While the user variable abilities and skills is not a significant influence on the perceived usefulness.
