ANALISIS PENGARUH VARIABEL SERVICE QUALITY ATTRIBUTES, ACCESSIBILITY, DAN WELL-BEING IN CLUB TERHADAP CUSTOMER LOYALTY DI CELEBRITY FITNESS SURABAYA
Abstract
Most of the people of Indonesia, especially in big cities, are increasingly aware of healthy living with the body fit and active. Work out in the fitness center is one option the wey of living a healthy life. Regulated ideal si still a goal early on but healthy body active being the main target. "Public awareness for a healthy lifestyle began to grow in Indonesia. Good body but aslo be healthy. Lifestyle shifts, the need for healthy livin, the better," Shifts lifestyle become more fit and healthy is evident from the growth of the fitness center in Surabaya and other major cities. Not only that, a fitness center membership are grew. And Members who exercise and actively gym even more and more.
This study aimed to analyze the influence of variables service quality atributes, Accessibility, and well-being in Club on Customer Loyalty in "Celebrity Fitness" Surabaya.
The Sample used in this study si the men and women who live in the city of Surabaya, Which has become a member of " Celebrity Fitness" for 6 months or more. Age 18-16 years, a total of 100 respondents. For Processing and analyzing the data in this research is by using SPSS as a software to process the data. Statistical analysis showed that the product and service solutions (SPSS) with 22.0 software as software for data processing.
Empirical findings indicate that the relationship Well-being in Club on Customer Loyalty has a regression coefficient of the highest with a value of 0.504, the relationship between the Accessibility for Customer Loyalty has a regression coefficient of the highest second with a value of 0.268, the relationship between service quality attributes of the customer Loyalty has the lowes regreeion coefficients with a value of 0.167
