dc.description.abstract | As one of the important elements in this country, the Tax has a very big
role in order for the construction and government spending. To secure the tax
system in Indonesia, the need for quality human resources that are reliable within
the government system. But in Indonesia concerning human resources is still
relatively low. While the phenomenon that often occurs in pelayana Tax Office is
still low awareness of the taxpayer to pay taxes and low public awareness of tax
payment. Other phenomena are employee satisfaction levels are often decreased
due to tax still inadequate number of tax officials who are not proportional to the
number of taxpayers and the diverse needs of the tax. To overcome this, the Tax
Office Pratama need to improve employee performance tax.
This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture
variables and Motivation on Job Satisfaction and Performance of Employees in
the Tax Office Primary Pasuruan. Sampling method used in this research is full
sampling. The respondents of this study were 120 respondents. For processing and
analyzing the data in this research is by using SPSS as software for data
processing. The analysis showed that the Statistical Product and Service Solutions
(SPSS) with 22.0 software as software for data processing questionnaires.
The results showed that the Employee Performance Organizational Culture
has a regression coefficient with a value of 0.056 and Cultural Organization and
not significant positive effect on employee performance. The relationship between
the Cultural Organization of the Employee Satisfaction has a regression
coefficient with a value of 0.472, and Cultural Organisation positive and
significant impact on Employee Satisfaction. Cultural Relations Organization on
Employee Motivation has a regression coefficient with a value of 0806, and
Cultural Organisation positive and significant impact on Employee Motivation.
The relationship between Employee Satisfaction on Employee Performance has a
regression coefficient with a value of 0487, and job satisfaction karaywan positive
and significant effect on employee performance. Employee Motivation
relationship the Employee Performance has a regression coefficient with a value
of 0343, and Employee Motivation positive and significant impact on Employee
Satisfaction. Motivation and Employee Relations of the Employee Satisfaction

has a regression coefficient with a value of 0.205, and Employee Motivation and
