Abstract
At this time, one of the emerging industries in Indonesia, namely the service industry in the field of General Bussines Service. General services of the Business Services industry is one part that is essential for economic development in Indonesia and vice versa with the development and high economic growth will provide additional opportunities and the chance to have a great share in the development of the service industry in Indonesia. To be able to survive in the competition, every company needs to increase Role In Performance. This study aimed to analyze the effect of variable Perceived Organizational Support, Leader Member Exchange on Affective Commitment and Affective Commitment in an effort to improve employee In Role Performance "PT. AltoSepakatUtama "in Surabaya. The sample used in this research that employees "PT. Alto SepakatUtama "in Surabaya, a number of 50 respondents. For processing and analyzing the data in this research is by using SPSS as software for data processing. Statistical analysis showed that the product and service solutions (SPSS) with 22.0 as softwere software to process the data. The results showed that the Leader Member Exchange on Affective Commitment has a regression coefficient highest with a value of 0499, and Leader Member Exchange significant effect on Affective Commitment, the relationship between Perceived Organizational Suport against Affective Commitment has a regression coefficient of the highest second regression coefficient of 0367, and Perceived Organizational Support significant effect on Affective Commitment, Affective Commitment to the relationship between the In Role Performance has the highest coefficient lower with a value of 0282, and Affective Commitment significant effect on In Role Performance.
