dc.description.abstractPT. Campina is a company that produces ice cream, where variations of the product on the company's lot. Currently the production process at the company often have production time inaccuracy, caused by delays in the procurement of raw materials. to reduce these inaccuracies will be done using the raw material planning analysis method of Economic Order Quantity. In these methods is capable of finding the value of safety stock and reorder point is useful for companies that have not been implemented. Data collection techniques are performed directly from the company. From the data obtained by calculation is performed to locate the required value in the research. The formula used in the calculation of such value EOQ (economic order quantity), total cost, safety stock, reorder point and. From the results of research that can be proved using the methods of EOQ company can do savings in the procurement of raw materials/packing of 45%-52%.en_US
